If you have access to one of our smart lockers you can use them to drop and collect your items 24/7 easily and without having to connect with anyone. Otherwise you can use our home pick up and delivery service by placing your orders on the mobile app. This app can be used for both home pick up and delivery users as well as smart locker users. You can always select and change your user profile in the My Accounts tab.
Absolutely, we are all about making your life easy and hassle free by giving you the ability to now take care of all your errands in one go without ever having to talk to anyone, go anywhere or deal with multiple vendors. Mybox is your one stop shop for all your errands. You can place your orders at the same time but each order will have various delivery times according to the service(s) selected.
Delivery times are communicated according to the service(s) required. Please note that if you have multiple items for the same order all your items will be retuned at the same time and therefore the longest delivery time shall apply for that order.
You can track the progress of your order on the app or by logging into mybox.net. We will send you an invoice once your order is processed so you can pay online, on the app or at the locker kiosk. For home deliveries you will be notified on the app once our driver is on his way and you can then track the driver as he makes his way to you. For locker deliveries you will receive an SMS, email and app notification once your items are ready to be collected.
When your items are delivered to the locker you have until 11:59pm the next day to collect your items.
No. Our lockers are assigned on a per laundry cycle basis. After a locker has been assigned to you it will be yours and only yours until your laundry cycle is complete. Please note that you are only able to have one active laundry cycle / locker at a time.
For our locker customers, we will return your clean laundry the next day (between 4pm-8pm for locker deliveries and 3pm-11pm for home deliveries).

For our home pick up customers we will return your clean laundry within 2 days. We have an express option for next day delivery if necessary but extra charges apply.
Yes we can. You may request a home pick up & delivery through our website, mobile app (download app) or you can just call 800 LBOX. You can use our mobile app or website to conveniently choose from a wide range of pick up and delivery options, manage your account and settle your bills.
If you're a first time customer, you don't need the custom bag! Just place your dirty laundry in any bag you choose and make sure to indicate what kind of service for your clothes you want for each bag ("cleaning" or "ironing") by either leaving a note in the bag or using the comment box in the locker kiosk application.

After you have completed you first laundry cycle, your custom Laundrybox bags will be provided to you along with your clean clothes.
One bag is labeled "Cleaning", all clothes you place in this bag will be cleaned and ironed. don't worry about deciding what type of cleaning to use for each of your garments. Our experienced fabric specialists will do that for you and know if a particular garment should be washed, hand washed or dry-cleaned.

The other bag is labeled "Ironing Only", all clothes you place in this bag will be ironed only.
No problem, you can login to your account online and click on "Active Cycles" to change your delivery method to home and our customer service team will call you to set a delivery date. Otherwise, you can just leave your clothes in the locker, our standard procedure is that if you don't pick up your clothes from the locker by 11:59pm the day after they have been delivered, we collect them again and schedule a home delivery for you the next day or any other day you want.
We do our best to make sure lockers are always available for you by constantly monitoring the usage levels. We will clear the lockers as many times a day as we need to in order to ensure locker availability. If we find that a location is constantly full, we will add more lockers. You can login into your account online and click on "Book Locker" to view the availability of the lockers in your building. If you find lockers available, you can reserve the locker to guarantee its availability for the next 30 minutes allowing you to gather your garments and make your way towards the lockers. Alternatively you may use our mobile app (download app), website or call 800 LBOX(5269) to request for a home pick up.
don't worry we have invested heavily in our systems to maximize our up time and have developed remote management capability to better serve you. However, in the rare event that the system is down, you can still login to collect your clothes even if you have not completed your payment, an "IOL"(I Owe Laundrybox) is created and we collect the money from you next time!

As a member you can login to your account and set your general preferences online on our mobile app (download app). This is where you tell us how you like your packing (fold vs hang) or if you like starch on your shirts, hand wash requests etc. We will follow the preferences you set (if you have any) with every wash. Additionally, during your drop off at the locker kiosk, you can use the comment box feature in our application to tell us any additional things you may want. don't worry about telling us about stains, its our job to find them and remove them.
You can pay for your laundry cycles using your credit/debit card either online, on our mobile app (download app), at the locker kiosk or during home deliveries. Cash is also accepted but only during home deliveries. You can also settle your payments by claiming your reward points online, for every dirham you spend with Laundrybox you earn reward points.
Yes of course, once you shut the locker assigned to you, the locker is automatically locked and can then only be opened with your password. Additionally, all our lockers are placed in secure locations and are monitored by our built in cameras.
When you login at the locker kiosk, our system will automatically know if you are dropping off dirty laundry or picking up clean laundry and will guide you accordingly. Additionally you will be informed of what locker to use and the amount due during our email and sms notifications.
No problem, after you are assigned a locker, you can always log back in to the system to access your locker so long as you do so before our drivers come to collect your laundry between 12am - 3am the next day.
We understand having more hangers than you have clothes can be frustrating, that's why Laundrybox has a hanger collection program. Just drop off the unwanted Laundrybox hangers along with your dirty laundry in the locker and you will get reward points to redeem for each hanger you return!

For the plastic covers we know how annoying they can get, all you have to do is log in to your account online and select that you would like the plastic covers to be removed from your clothes upon delivery and we will gladly do that for you.
Most of the time, but there are exceptions where your clothes might be returned in a different locker or via home delivery. For example, if you have a Kandurah or a long dress your clothes need to be returned using our large lockers or through home delivery so we avoid any wrinkles or folds.
Absolutely not! We have numerous washing machines to handle the very dirty garments, underwear and socks separately for each customer.
If during our pre-wash inspection we find a garment with significant damage, that garment will be separated from the rest of your laundry cycle and will be placed on hold until we contact you to get further instructions on whether to proceed with cleaning that particular garment or not. If we are unable to reach you in time, we will go ahead and process your garments with care.

In the very rare event that the damage occurs in our facility, we will contact youto take responsibility for our mistake or you can contact us within 10 days to file your claim.

You should know that compared to the rest of the market we put our money behind our skills and offer you the best compensation for damaged or lost items.
